New building on a historic site

Compagnie Het Zoute commissioned to build 88 luxurious apartments ‘La Rive’ on the historic site of the renowned Hotel La Réserve – famous in Knokke and far beyond.

La Réserve Knokke was known as an exclusive site and the residence of international celebrities such as Frank Sinatra, Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Marlene Dietrich and many others.

The project comprises 5 to 8 above-ground floors totaling approx. 15,600 m². The prestigious apartment complex certainly does justice to the historical background of the site.

Floor mounting

The SBO-2S profile is mounted on the floor for the balustrades along the balconies. The high-quality stainless steel look finish ensures the aesthetically sleek finish and beautiful appearance.

Finish

All UNIQ profiles are finished with aluminum click frames, so that virtually no rubber is visible after installation.
